Tenancy Agreement - Creation of an ARLA approved, Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement (NO additional cost)
Rent Receipting - We will take the first month's rent in advance of the move in and organise a regular standing order or direct debit for the monthly rental payment
Security Deposit - We collect a security bond (up to 6 weeks rent) and register with an approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme prior to move in (NO additional cost)
Maintenance - We manage routine maintenance works using the approval contractors. We agree financial limits and manage all emergency repairs.
Management Visits - We will carry out quarterly inspections and produce an inspection report in writing, keeping allowing you to keep a close eye on your property's condition.
Tenancy Matters - We manage all day to day contact with your tenant, giving you one less thing to worry about
Professional Inventory - We will organise a professional inventory and schedule of condition, signed by the tenant prior to move in. We will then act as a stakeholder in any disputes with your tenant and the security deposit.
Statements - You will receive an initial electronic statement and then a regular monthly statement, detailing rental payments and deductions.
Check Out - We arrange to check the inventory at the end of the tenancy, report to you on any work that may be required and identify any deductions that may claimed from the security deposit.
